I had a great experience with the veterinarian and the front desk person. I had a terrible experience with the checkout process. I would like to preface this with, the prices are not terrible and they are up front about the costs. I went in to get updated shots for my dog. The front desk person was friendly and professional. The veterinarian was informative, friendly, helpful, and had great bedside manner for my dog. The issue arised while I was waiting in line for checkout. (without my dog, he was still getting shots) The checkout room had two chairs, only one was occupied at the time. A different person was checking out with the cashier. There was a man standing in the doorway waiting in line to check out, and I was outside of the room, standing in line behind that man. The first checkout was completed. The person in the chair went up to checkout next. While that next person was checking out. A couple with a cat walked into the check out room. Past the man and me and sat inside to wait their turn. The next transaction was completed. So the man went up to complete his transaction, with me now taking his place in line waiting in the doorway. After than man finished. I went up to the counter as it was my turn and the couple questioned me if I was ahead them. Which I confirmed I was, since I was waiting in line and watched them enter the room. My issue with Warm Hearts Pet Hospital was that the checkout person was siding with the couple without knowing the whole story and was a bystander to the fact of the couple giving me a hard time. Even going as far as questioning if I was telling the truth which I responded with please check the camera footage if you don't believe me. The couple finally relented and I was able to complete my transaction, but as I was leaving the checkout room. The couple and the cashier were speaking negatively about me, a fellow customer just waiting appropriately in line. All in all, an okay experience. Just be prepared to be questioned about how line queues work.

Dr. Inna did several mast cell cancer surgeries for our puggle which extended his life for five more years. She was very kind and understanding of all of his special needs. Most importantly, Pugsly really loved her!

LA resident here to express immense gratitude for the team at Warm Hearts Pet Hospital. On 12-19-25 we lost our dog of 15 years. On 12-21-25 we traveled to Henderson, NV to spend a week of winter break with family. Unfortunately, our surviving dog, Evelyn, was sick with grief over the loss of her brother and we spent most of the week in Henderson going back and forth to Warm Hearts. We weren't established clients and it was right before a major holiday and yet they welcomed us with open arms, were comfortable with our tears, and made us feel like there was hope of saving Evelyn. At one point, Dr. Larson recommended that, with a shot to keep her stable, we should return early to LA so that Evelyn could spend some time in the ICU. It was definitely the correct call and one we deeply appreciated her suggesting. It's been a slow but steady recovery for Evelyn but both my spouse and I believe she wouldn't have made it without the love, support, and guidance from the wonderful folks at Warm Hearts. The prices were EXTREMELY reasonable (relative to prices here in LA) and everyone on staff were so lovely to us. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. We will forever be grateful for the extra time you gave us with Evelyn. Thank you!
