Love the doctor and the staff at this clinic. Our pet is very comfortable going to this facility. Dr Augenstein takes time with us and does not rush through the appointment. She discusses options on treatments for our dog.

Dr Auggie is always very thorough and goes above and beyond for my multiple pups. The staff is always very nice and efficient. I have been going to Oasis starting with the prior owner and have been very please with Dr. Auggie since she took over the practice.

I took both or my cats and both of my dogs for an initial visit and their annual vaccination. Every staff interaction was great and all treatment options and recommendations were thoroughly explained. I never once felt like there was an attempt at an upsell or a push to have services performed that may or may not be necessary. I never felt rush in my conversation with the Vet where we were able to discuss all concerns for each of my babies. I can't recommend them enough.

Dr. Augenstein is the best vet ever. We have been with her for many years and has a great staff. They never rush you through, and everything is explained well. We just had our new puppy (7 months old) neutered yesterday and he is doing great. She also took care of our other dog for 13 years.

The place has always been our go to vet especially when needing a place that knows more than the basics. Dr Augunstein is a true yoda at her profession. She knows stuff to a level that will make you just nod but has come out and diagnosed and fixed several of our cats issues within a few min. Literally from abscesses due to a fight to more complicated situations like seizures of one of our cats. She doesn't rush you out and will chat about whatever you need to know... She has so far been nearly a miracle worker and for very fair pricing. Also they always have been up front with costs, options and suggestions without milking us.
